From the moment a matter is opened, everything lives in one place: filings, evidence, correspondence, directions and the award. The parties and their representatives access the matter through a single secure login, and see the documents and the state of the matter relevant to them. There is no scattered email trail and no uncertainty about what has been filed or what comes next.
Each matter is assigned a dedicated case manager who administers it on the platform from referral to award. The case manager opens the matter, sets the parties up with access, manages the timetable, and is the point of contact throughout. Parties are not left to navigate the process alone.
The platform is built around the institution's rules and timelines. It records each step of the matter against the procedural track, surfaces deadlines, and supports the institution's strict enforcement of the timetable. Where a party falls into default, the position is identified and dealt with under the rules, and the matter proceeds. The platform exists to keep every matter on its defined course.
The platform and all case data are hosted in South Africa, in keeping with the Protection of Personal Information Act. Your dispute, and the personal information within it, remain in the country. Access is by secure login, granted by the institution to the parties and representatives in a matter.
The platform is part of the institution's service to the parties, included in the single all-inclusive fee. There is nothing separate to license, install or pay for. Parties receive a fully administered arbitration, run on the institution's platform, for one known cost.
